Need help, running under windows NT!

hey guys i was wondering if it was possible to run srcds under windows NT.

i downloaded the Stand Alone HL2 Server tool, but when i try to run hldsupdatetool i recieve the error:

hldsupdatetool.exe - Entry point not found

The procedure entry point GetLongPathNameA could not be located in the dynamic link libary KERNEL32.DLL

I am running 2 pcs on this network, but the NT one is the only machine that could be on 24/7 to host the server, the other machine is running windows XP Pro.

I think srcds, or hlds for that matter can only be ran on windows 5 or higher, if you don't want to run XP pro, then i suggest windows 2000 server(or advanced server) or windows 2003 series.
