Ok my problem is that noone can join the server :S
So first i thought its the portforwarding, here it is http://yfrog.com/5fwerh43y23p

Have you set the same ports to open for several different IPs? Also, my suggestion for port checking would be PFPort Checker.

Can you join the server from inside the LAN?
