Secure Server

I am having an interesting time getting my server to be VAC secured. It will say it is secure for about the first 15 seconds and then it goes unsecure. My server is running with both command line arguments needed (-vacbeta -secure) but it isn't working properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Found the answer on the steam forums.

Quote:You do not need any commands to run VAC on Source servers, so delete those commands from the command line.

VAC is on by default and you have to use "-insecure" to disable it.
