Unknown command "ÿþ/"

Hello all,
I have a big problem with my SRCDS.
When I load the server this error comes up, It seems to be when I execute config files that include server settings! (e.g. hostname, rcon_password, mp_timelimit)

1. Show your command line If it crashes upon start up when show that as well.

2. Please include debug.log (to get debug.log you need gdb installed and 0debug in your command line)

6. What kernel version are you running? (IIRC you should run

7. What hard ware are you using? please be specific on this. You should know your own hardware whether its in your house or located in another datacenter.

Datacenter = Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20GHz with 2GB of RAM

8. You may also include the error if you happen to catch it on console.
You do not have to number them or show each in the order i have given but this WILL help US help YOU.

I am totaly puzzled, I've never come across anything like this before!

try using a different text editor for your configs. like notepad++

It reports this error when I use configs that I havn't even edited. Also I opened up the configs with Notepad++ and everything looks normal.
