How many fps can this server run?

Can this machine run a 500+ FPS server.
I only need 12 slots

Specs:

AMD Athlon64 3700
3 GB DDR2

Is this Css if so you should be able to run 500 fps that for sure but im not sure about 1000 fps, the best thing to do is try it out and see how the server goes

I don't have the server i was just wondering if it would run good.
It was a rootserver i found at http://www.ngz-server.de

By the way if you know any good hosts that run 500+ FPS then please tell me It just needs to be close to Denmark.

the speed is sufficient to run even stable 1000fps with 12 slots. AMD cpus (or the appropriate chipsets?) tend to make fps more unstable, but I have not much experience with it. it might work, but if you have the choice, take an intel cpu.
