If other people can join but not your friends then the problem is on your friends' end.

Oki But The Ip Address Is Worng, i Think. Becouse Your Server Is With Your External Ip Can i See. But If I enter My external IP It Says:
Invalid IP address! It should be set within the current subnet.
And My external IP Is: 80.165.152.17

Well, that's because you're not supposed to enter your external IP there. You need your internal IP - go to Start > Run > type 'cmd' and then 'ipconfig' .

You give your friends the external IP - not the internal one.
