[L4D] Server doesn't work after change of network card for wifi

My server work perfectly but i have change my configuration for a wifi usb (d-link dwa 110) and now my server apear only on lan. when i tape connect xx.xxx.xx.xx:27015 server doesn't reponse
PS: i am french my english is so bad but i can read

did your ip change? if it did you to need to update your port forwarding?

port forward is okay i have test open port and 27015 is open :s
