Server 2008 64bit issues

I had it running before but I don't know what has changed. I believe it is some services that srcds may need that I probably disabled.

srcds starts fine, loads up and adds master servers. problem is connecting from a client for even querying the server. doesnt seem to be a firewall issue though. ports are open and all fine. even disable the firewall still have a problem.

can someone help me out pls through remote desktop!

I've removed metadodgy and shitmod, seems to be fine now. So weird it was working before anyway. Thanks for your help
