None of it works

I followed everything and tried everything and it says couldn't exec mani_server.cfg + even quake sounds doesn't work, it says
couldn't exec mani_quake_sound.cfg. So COMPLICATED!

None of it is working for me- I'm using nuclear dawn though.


It wont execute the server config file no matter what.

iceStart: failed to startexec: couldn't exec server.cfg
