i get lag after 2 days

i have a server up and running it from this web site srcds im running css gungame with mani admin and some other scripts server runs fine at first the more people the fast this happens. so ive been watching my task manager and it seem that the mem usage grows as people play could just be one play could be 20 but when the leave it dont go down it just keeps grown if no ones in there it dont go any higher

It is known with HL2 Games that the server can get laggy if it is on a particular map for 12 hours or more. It is suggested that if you run a server with mp_timelimit 0, that you manually go in every 12 hours and reload the map.
