So I added myself as this ID: STEAM_1:0:0
And when someone joins, they have that STEAM_1:0:0 too
So whoever joins have admin.
Im using XP
Mani Admin Pluhin 1.2
SRCDS

When I type status, it shows up that my ID is STEAM_1:0:0
Anybody else is STEAM_1:0:0
How do I make the server so my IP is correct.
Im using a router.

why add STEAM_1:0:0 and not your steam id ?

btw. you should use source:mod it works a lot better

But then my real ID doesnt work in my server.
Or is it because im running SRCDS and the game on the same computer?

sweet if that'd been your steam ID you'd of been the first ever person to join steam lol the steam ID's have changed since they were first released

Steam_1:0:0

^^ all the numbers denote different permissions on your account and if you are a developer / admin / beta tester etc

did you find out why it wasnt returning your real steam id ?

no, but the only way is too add by IP. Thats pretty funny if im the first one...
