Hi all ,
I have a problem with my css server ( windows 2003 serv )
my rate is fixed at 10000 .... i can't change it .i have try with some other windows server and it's the same thing .
i have not yet test on linux server .
if someone have a solution ...

have you tried that?
Other than that do you have any mods or plugins running?

hold on... what rate?! theres lots of rates... like maxrate maxupdaterate minrate minupdaterate tickrate.. gahh i think theres a couple more.. but a tickrate of 10000 is insane... hmmm.. just let us know what rate it is...

rate is a multited of things
Vavle ERC had a nice thing on rates and it was very VERY in depth
