But why use server +ip if it works without it?

There's no reason to use +ip if it works. Some servers have multiple IPs, so then it's possible to define which IP you want to use. Also sometimes RCON connections don't work unless you have +ip option.

rcon stopped to work so il will run with +ip on the public server and without +ip on the match server
