I've almost got everything working except for a problem with sound. Everytime the CS server map changes the voice chat becomes garbled.
Dedicated Dell PowerEdge 1900, x2 Quad-core Xeon processors, 8 GB RAM, running Counter Strike with Mani Admin (1.2s) and Metamod (1.7.1). Startup is: E:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -tickrate 100 -ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -port 27015 -maxplayers 32 +map de_dust2. There is only one map on this server... de_dust2. Both the gameinfo.txt and the mapcycle.txt have been edited to conatin only de_dust2.

mp_timelimit 60

mp_fraglimit 0
exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg
sv_alltalk 1
sv_footsteps 1
sv_voiceenable 1
//voice_overdrive 5
sv_voicecodec vaudio_miles
I have tried to change the sound dll file to vaudio_speex, and added voice_overdrive 5, but that causes sound problems almost immediately and the server becomes unplayable.
mani_seerver.cfg
mani_sounds_per_round 0
mani_sounds_filter_if_dead 0
mani_sounds_auto_download 1
mani_player_settings_sounds 1
mani_automap 0
exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg (should I have this twice?)
mani_mapcycle_mode 0
The mani_quake_sounds.cfg file is v1.2 Beta Q and has not been changed from the default.
Any suggestions?
Phil
