Not sure if this would work.

But try this startup:

Code:
-console -game left4dead -tickrate 66 +fps_max 600 +maxplayers 18 +exec server.cfg +map l4d_vs_hospital05_rooftop

No .bsp behind the map name Smile

Could be what it was the solution!!! Toungue

Now I have the error "Connection failed after 10 retries", but it now is one port's problem. Wink

One thing: the error: "Couldn't allocate any server IP port, tried 5 addresses" only was showed in windows vista!! In windows XP the server are working OK and the name of the map is with the .BSP!! Do you know the reason?

One other question: Is necessary open one port in the router in one server LAN? I think what only is necessary if the server is ONLINE? True or False?

Thanks!

Is true. You'll only need portforwarding if the server has to be ONLINE.

So I have one other problem only in windows vista.

My server is lan.
And I obtain the message "Connection failed after 10 retries". I have the firewall of windows vista disable and any antivirus installed.

any idea?

Thanks!
