Any mods installed on the server?
Could anything else be causing issues?

wow i run 10 servers on a very old server box, 2 x 1.3ghz p3's and only one gig of ram.
As previous post says, it is a mod of some kind causing issue as one server could not do that to a machine.
And with all servers running i only use around 14% cpu

Can you give us the exact hardware and OS you are using?
Custom built?
Are you getting high CPU usage from any other software?
