Port changes

Ok so i have my server setup but it wont show up on the master list. but if i type in the external ip in console and connect it works. the problem is when i press the tilde and look in the top right its the wrong port. its like a 60086 but in my lan tab the ip of it has the right port number 27015.

can anybody help me?

nat firewall (router) in between? -> setup a correct port forwarding (or better, rent a server. running a server on a home line isn't a good idea)

The 60086 might be the client port number, type clientport 27005 in console in game.
