I instaled srcds like the manual, but i have an error, and i find in this forum but nobody has the same problem as me.

When i execute the command:
c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate

I get this window... you can see the link because is an jpg file...

And i can not start the server... i tried to delete srcds directory and begin but i have the same problem...

all i could gather out of that... meaning i dont' know the language... is that it couldn't load a dll file for some reason?? what dll.. i don't know? maybe reinstall?? i don't really know though.... just a guess.
