scrds.exe will not run

Yesterday SCRDS.EXE worked fine.

Today i get the following message when trying to start a game server

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library (header of popup error window)

Runtime Error!

Program C:\games\HLServer\orangebox\scrds.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Operating System Vista 64 bit.
This appears after the programs is started and adding two master server ip's

Any idea's?
