Player animations

I installed a cs:s server and i can connect to it but when I play on it I can not see the explosions from a HE nade nor can I see the other players run (They just float over the map --> the legs don't move).

Also when I throw a nade it is very shocky.

Dedicated server amd dualcore 5600 x2
4 GB ram
400 GB sata
Gigabit connection
Latest kernel version.

Any help plz.
