Server Jitters

Hey everybody it's that dude you all love Kabantik.... Anyways I am just trying to find out what the heck is happening on my server, after it's been running for about 1/2 a day you log on to the server and everything is jittery, player models, nades, even your own hud and I can't for the life of me figure out what that happens. It's almost as though every model is having a seizure or something..... A few details that will help you:

Tickrate = 100
FPS = 1000
maxrate = 0

I still get great pings but this jittery stuff is a turn-off for players and myself really, has anyone encountered this before? Take a look for yourself

209.44.108.27040-44 It happens on all 5 servers, 2 are sv_password'd so you can't go on those but the other 3 all do the same thing...

Just change the map and it will be better. This happens on every cs:s server.
