I can't get my server to show up on list (or LAN), and I think I know the problem. When I try to run my srcds, the console doesn't show up. So, how do I get the console to show up??

Code: -console Use that in your startup line.

I already did, but it still won't show up. Should've added that part in my first post.

Whats your startup line?

C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map rp_downtown_v2 +maxplayers 12 +sv_gamemode darkrp +sv_defaultgamemode darkrp sv_lan 0 -port 27015

Do you run multiple servers? That there is fine.

Nope, this is my first server.

in order to use the -port command, you need to specify the -ip command as well. When using that, use your internal ip if behind a firewall. Try that and get back to us.

Wait, what do I put for the IP command, my address?

If you removed the -port command, you won't need a IP command.
The port 27015 is standard, you don't need to set it to that

Also, is internal IP the 192.168.... one, or my internet IP (example 92.200 etc.)?
Okay, let's just say I got rid of these port commands. How can I get that console up, no clue why it won't come up! New Run command: C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map rp_downtown_v2 +maxplayers 12 +sv_gamemode darkrp +sv_defaultgamemode darkrp sv_lan 0
The internal is the: 192.168...
The external is the: internet IP(i.e. 81.59.16.146) Could you take a screenshot? Also, try this: Code: C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map rp_downtown_v2 +maxplayers 12 +sv_gamemode darkrp +sv_defaultgamemode darkrp sv_lan 0
