Good host computer?

What things actually matter on server hosting? I assume that most important things are good processor and enough RAM.
What about what would be a good computer to host only one 20 slot server?

i would say a processor with about 2 ghz and like 1 gig of ram would be plenty for a css server but it depends really on what game you want to host.
