Can't reach the 1000fps only 890fps

Hello,

I got a problem, i can only reach the 890 fps not 1000fps.

I have tested many other computer btw.

Dual Xeon 2.8ghz, 3.0ghz, 2-3GB ECC, Pentium Dual Core, AMD Sempron 64 1600mhz, non of them can't get the 1000fps.

In hlds i get 1000fps, but its only with -pingboost 3 option.

Both have same problem 890fps in srcds and hlds.

I have used the frags wiki to do it or even other places, compiled like 5 different kernels, with rt patch without, but can't get the 1000fps, what im miss understanding here?

890 fps is a little lower than what can be achieved with by howto (typically 980-990 fps are possible - unless you switched the numbers ^^). but the difference between 890 and 990 fps is zero. "fps" is a frequency, but it's the time that matters (which is the inverse). The difference is 100 microseconds...
