i whant to start an server in GUI but when i dubbel klick att srcds.exe in trhe map it not lunch :s any idea??

Why start it in a GUI? I heard it actually makes the server run slower.
Trust me, its easier just to run the console.

In your server.cfg add a line like this:
hostname "This Is My Server"

You may need to create it in your /serverfolder/cstrike(or Tf or w/e your running)/cfg/server.cfg read this post on how to edit and create one that covers mostly every server variable you need to worry about http://forums.srcds.com/viewtopic/10

Alternatively, if you really do not know what you are doing, there are cfg makers out there. Trying googling for them. But if you feel adventurous, try doing it yourself.
