mprtje laten afspelen als ik de server join (werkt niet)

als ik mijn server join hoor ik welcome to the server......
ik heb alles verandert, maar het wekrt nog steets niet

tis is my actionsoundlist.txt

het bestandtje heet keeping.mp3
ik heb geprobeert admin_plugin/actions/keeping.mp3

en het bestandtje geplaast in
C:\srcds\cstrike\sound\admin_plugin\actions\

de console zei

Failed to load sound "admin_plugin\actions\keeping.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository
