Not visible in Master-List

afterhoursgaming Wrote:#1 you will not be able to see your server in the master list because you cannot see the external ip that the master server list has. For you it will show up under the lan tab. Secondly steam master server lists are funny when using internal ip's but based on your end result after the server starts your server should show up in the master list for everyone but you.

That is not true, it will show up also on the Lan tab, but its visible in master list aswell even if you are on the same ip range , even on lan.

usually i just filter my options. like soemone mentioned you can make it load on a fun map then have the filter look up only that map on the master filter that is. and then its easier to find my server. but if i have it set to de_dust. itll prob be more difficult to find it .

after findin it i just add it to my favs for when i reboot it its always there.

I'm having the same issue. I am using an SMC Router, SMC8014, with a True Static IP subnet. I'm using one of my static IP addresses made available from my ISP for my business. The Firewall for the True Static subnet is disabled, web site blocking is disabled, the DMZ is disabled, and there are no port forwarding rules.

The console shows that the server has successfully connected to the Steam servers. My server's region is set to 0. My server would stay up for more than a day. I will let the server list refresh until well over 3,000 servers appear for just my de_dust2 map filter. I still get nothing.

Update: Well, it runs out that I just had to wait a bit more. It eventually did show up. I suspected that it was displaying when I started to get visitors to the server that I didn't know.
