How Slots...

I will have a dedicated server to my clan and I would like know how slots i can add and how tick.

AMD ATHLON X2 3400
2x 1.8GHz
2 GB RAM
160 GB HDD
100 Mbps

I would like have 3 or 4 servers plus TS.

I would say you are looking around 16 - 20 slots @ 100 tick MAX for CSS.

TS doesn't really use CPU, just bandwidth.

At 66 tick you can probably squeeze a 24 man on that server. Plus a 20 man TS / Mohawk voice server.

its possible to fit 3 servers plus a teamspeak TS uses little to no resources even the bandwidth is minimal. As for the servers them selves they will be average I wouldn't say you will be able to run all 100tick servers the cpu frequency is low for that. Srcds minimum recommendations is for 1.6ghz your not far above that. Start off with one and see where your usage is at.

again I can only say: just try it out. it depends on so many factors... usually the number of servers is probably more (or at least equal) important than the number of slots... I wouldn't run more than 2 servers per core.

That will do 30 to 40 100 tick slots PER CORE. So I would say 70ish in total.
