Installing Mani Admin issue

Win XP 1.5 gig ram installed server last couple days runs great now.

Downloaded the Mani Admin files and copied them where I was instucted.
Used a link at Mani to create the clients.txt , then followed the 3 step to add myselfvia console. first 2 steps worked using my name and steam ID but 3rd step is to add flag "+client" it just runs the commands on the sceen in game and I am told I cant run "admin" if I ty typing in admin..... where did I fail this time ?

ARGH.... I found it. Missed the "A" it's addAclient Is it same to assume next step is to turn on options in the mani config file?

Wrong section, but just add the flag "[name] +#" in the console. (If dedicated)
