Hard to join

Hi there
i apologize if my spelling is bad.
Anyway to the problem.
People are having trouble joining my server, they can get through after a while, IF they keep pressing refresh for 1-5 minuits.
the game is DOD:S anyother info you need ask me.
is there a fix for this or anything i can do.

I assume, they are trying to join with the server browser. can they join without trouble "directly", i.e. using the connect command at the console, or using HLSW?

Sorry im not sure what you mean.
They have the server in there favorites and it shows up, but when they do
on the game info bit, it says not responding.

Can they connect by using this command in the console:

connect 1.1.1.1:27015 (change to your server ip)

Or can they connect via HLSW Which is a program
