i can have server up with these ports 27000, 27001, 27002

But when i open 27005 it wont work, if i close 0-2 and then open 5 then it work why?

Space your servers out by at least 5 ports (27015, 27020, 27025).
This is because the server will often use other ports for others ins such as logging, rcon, or hltv.
