Not able to spawn props on my gmod server?

For some reason no one is able to spawn props on my gmod rp server. I have no idea why.

Could someone please help?

Open the DarkRP admin, and make sure prop spawning is enabled.

I did that but still not able to spawn props.

And what's funny is I'm able to spawn chairs but not props -.-

Chairs are vehicles. In your server.cfg, look for the value "sbox_maxprops". If its not there, create it or change the value to 150.

Are you trying to spawn the useful construction props, or a custom pack like PHX?

Does it give an error on the ingame HUD or in your client console when trying to spawn a prop?

I would recommend deleting the server and starting over with no addons or model packs. See if you can spawn, and if you can, then slowly add addons and packs one by one until you get the same problem. If not, then your golden.
