Srcds Error

"The procedure entry point PLAT_GetExecutablePath could not be located in the dynamic link library tier0_s.dll."

comes up twice when i try to start server. The server still goes up but anyone not on lan can't join. I am fairly sure i have done port forwarding correctly.

BASIC INFO
Server OS: Windows 7 64bit
Processor: i7 920 @2.67 ghz (8 cores)
Ram: 12gb
Game(s): Counter Strike: Source
Start Up Command: "C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe" -console -game cstrike -autoupdate +maxplayers 20 +map de_dust2
Admin Mods: None atm

INSTALLING INFO
Full Install Command: cd C:\srcds
HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir .
