Problems for cs: go fps and lag

Hello, about a week before my cs: go servers began to strike.

Intel® Core™ i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz

How do I fix this thing????

Same problem with CSGO on same OS and server with <16GB ram etc.

That the reason for me. You Play on a cs:go server which run on a VPS server which run on a dedicated server.

Yes, you are right and on VPS I can`t compile kernel for use my own kernel config.
