Help, server not showing correct player count?

I've got a weird problem here, when none is connected it shows 0/20.
I've made sure the server is set to 32 '-maxplayers 32'. (Shows 64 in the server console)

Code:

srcds -game csgo -console -usercon -maxplayers 32 +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 +mapgroup mg_bomb +map surf_greatriver_remix_csgo_r2

Running Source mod

Also I've noticed when I join it it goes down to 0/11 players active.
And this 'Max Players' is always active when I view my server:


Any ideas?

In CS:GO the maxplayer command no longer exists. if you want to set max player on the command line the command is now: -maxplayers_override. you can refer to this https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Counter-Strike:_Global_Offensive_Dedicated_Servers_Known_Issues#Maxplayers_doesn.27t_wor​k.2Fis_overridden

I would pretty much recommend, that you re-install your Counter-Strike Source server.
