So its not the same, but what is it? Can you also, as it clearly states in the READ ME FIRST section, add the command line?

Your network IP is what YOU must use to connect. Everyone else uses the WAN ip. Your LAN IP is the 192.168.2.253, WAN is 79.110.125.235

I mean how to change Srcds Network IP to WAN IP, all peoples change srcds network ip to WAN IP. Example:

Network: IP 176.31.99.197, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27015 SV / 27005 CL
ConVarRef room_type doesn't point to an existing ConVar
Executing dedicated server config file server.cfg
Initializing Steam libraries for secure Internet server
Failed to load Steam Service
ServiceStart: failed to start
Looking up breakpad interfaces from steamclient
Calling BreakpadMiniDumpSystemInit
'server.cfg' not present; not executing.
Connection to Steam servers successful.
Public IP is 176.31.99.197.

I would tried this option but now working and given this error: Warning: NNet_OpenSocket: bind: WSAEADDRNOTAVAIL. Engine Error: Couldn't allocate any server IP port. How do solve this error?

Hi there, Dome Shot!

Why are you even trying to do something so irrelevant. Unless you're running a hosting company?
But anyways. Just give the server this commandline:
"-console -game cstrike +map de_dust -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate +ip 176.31.99.197 +port 27015"
