GMod 13 - Dedicated Server Help

Hi, I've just managed to get my dedicated server running successfully (I'm new) and would like to know how to setup a password so that only my mates who know the password can join, not just random people. And also how can I disable god-mode? I want to kill my mates and have a bit of PvP action

password do you make under your server cfg file, under cstrike/cfg

// rcon passsword
rcon_password "password"

// Server password
sv_password "password"

etc...
