[Solved] [Big problem] SRCDS won't start at all!

Hey everyone, I've got a problem with srcds. I downloaded all files by hldsupdatetool. Prepared the server.cfg file. Basically I was following this tutorial: http://tf2wiki.net/wiki/Windows_dedicated_server
Ok, let's get to the problem. Everytime I run the batch file, nothing shows up! Even if I run srcds.exe directly, nothing shows up. It doesn't show up in process manager. It just exits immediately. Can someone help me? Thanks.

I had this problem like 5 minutes ago! Anyways make a shortcut of your srcds.exe onto your desktop. right click and hit properties:
IN the target tag: (after \srcds.exe) type -game [game here] -console (or don't type console if you want the gui version).

Click ok, and now you should be able to start your server via double click of the shortcut.

Note: Also if its a TF2 server make sure you make the steam_appid.txt file.

It's contents should only include this:
