Could not connect to item server

Hi .w. i just made a tf2 dedicated server today i was really excited when i finally finished the server got all the mods working on it correctly and then the item loadout doesnt work it says loadout not available - could not connect to item server.

I used to host tf2 servers when it wasnt free to play but now making a server once again. it seems things have become more complicated.. can anyone help me on this issue i have looked everywhere with no helpful solutions

the server will connect automaticly with the item server, you will need to w8. You may also do a map change.
