My server isn't going online.

So, when i run SCRDS, it works fine. I port forwarded my ports 27016 (it said it bound to this rather than 27015) yet no one can join it but me. Why?

go to canyouseeme.org and check your ports there, try addin +ip yourlanip or your wanip
and also try adding +port instead of -port
