"assinged anonymous game server" Please Help

Hello there, ive been having a problem getting my Counterstrike source server "online" it shows up in both Internet and LAN tabs my friends can join me but when i try to confirm that its online and running on these web sites they do not show "http://www.gametracker.com/search/" "http://www.gametiger.net/" Ive searched random servers Ive seen in the internet tab and they show right away.

Im Running Windows 7

Ive Opened these ports

UDP 1200 (Friends Network)
UDP 27000 to 27015 (Gameport)
UDP 27020
TCP 27030 to 27039
TCP 27015 (SRCDS Rcon port)

I think its because when i launch the server console it says

"Assigned anonymous gameserver Steam ID [A-1:234232(2342)]
Vac secure mode is activated."

and it is supposed to say

Adding master server 72.165.61.190:27011
Adding master server 72.165.61.189:27011

Ive also tried putting
"setmaster add 72.165.61.190:27011
setmaster add 72.165.61.189:27011"
ect... in the server.cfg and when i ran the server it said unknown command "setmaster"


So im hoping if i can get the console to say "adding master server" my server will be properly hosted on the internet for every one to see. if any one can help it will be greatly appreciated.

Update: tried with out router, directly connected to modem has no different effect, still shows in Lan and Internet mode still not listed on sites.

its on my server too but i ignore it...listing on gametracker

Master servers take quite some time updating the main server list.
If you are lucky it can be within a few minutes, if unlucky can take over a week to get it there.

Bottom line is, if people from outside your home network can join it will show on the server list sooner or later.

Wow, so pretty much all i have to do is wait? days to a week and it "might show"?

No, not might, it will.
Just make sure people are able to join from the internet, if they can't then it will never show up.

The part with the anonymous server SteamID has recently been added to the servers output, it always happened before, it just never showed. Each server gets a SteamID from VALVe to register the server as online.

If i give my IP out people can join and my friends can follow me and join.
but i haven't had any random people join :\

so it is possible to run a second dedicated on same pc with vac?
because on my second server vac wont start

add the server to gametracker, maybe some ppl will join, did the same
