Can anyone help me with linux OpenSuse Distro Install and Run SRCDS ??? FOR PLEASE!

Hy,

Im tried run srcds on Opensuse distro, but cant connect from my lan, or internet.

can anyone help me ?

distro Opensuse 12.1
my gateway is 192.168.0.1
eth0 192.168.0.2
eth1 192.168.0.3

Hi inarte,

This, I thought, was a bug in OpenSUSE 12.1 and submitted a bug report (wasn't an issue in 11.4). It is to do with the malloc() check within glibc. OpenSUSE released an update that disables the glibc malloc() check as part of the aaa_base (see online update feature) which will enable you to run scrds on 12.1.

However, it is more than that and I need to find out how to pass further information onto the SRCDS team that might be useful as not to cause the issue in the first place when they upgrade the 32 bit binaries down the track.
