another how much players can i hold thread.

Hello all... My host said hes upgrading his machine for my servers...
Now there are a total of 152 slots on the server...
The processor we have now is a xeon 3.00 ghz 4 cores...
The one that he is thinking of getting is this one:

Please tell me if this will approve or disaprove performance..
servers:
2 tf2 servers
5 css servers
and a few mods on each server and
2 24 max player servers
2 32 max player servers
and like 3 <20 servers

Please tell me!

It runs with lower frequency so it will definetly drop performance.
Slå den med jeres fiberforbindelser...

Yup. For a test, i ran the map "achievement_pyro_final" and added bots. Then players started to flood in. When i had my CPU clocked at 3.2GHz (stock) it lagged like hell. When i oc'ed it to 4.3GHz (just for test, never run servers with oc's you don't know if is stable or not) and it almost didn't lag.
