TF2 Bot mod?

anyone know a good bot mod to help balance teams the built in bots don't move

I did add some bots last night but they just stay at the spawn point i read post if you turn on cheat mod the have AI and that works but i don't what to have cheats on

I will give your settings a try do i need cheat mod on for this to work?

You don't need cheat mod on. Just add the vars to your server.cfg.
