Clients.txt won't open/load

That is some of the codes..look I got the correct version.. but it still fails to open/load clients.txt

anyone know why?

would be great to get some answer.. because I really want my server to work fine

Looks like your files are all out of wack. I would recommend looking at the Mani install insurrections and make sure you have the files in the right spots. Looks like your plugin is trying to load it from the "addons" folder which it is but your clients.txt files are not in the /cstrike/addons/etc.

no.. clients.txt is in the correct place.. I remember i did that part with no errors..
