do any one experience the same problem? My public IP on the server is 210.245.*.*:27015, but after my friends join the server. usually i would join by selectng friends and join to it. but the IP showing on the server appearently is 192.168.1.*:27015 which is the private IP. my server is located in the data center else where.

i am behind a fortigate firewall. i previously do not have the problem but the problem only starts after the new srcds update. do any one here have the same problem?

When you connect your computer to a router, it will change from a public IP address to a private IP address because DHCP will automatically kick in. 192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255 range is private IPs, for use within LANs.

you probably dont understand what i meant.

if you connecting through friendlist, you will see it is showing server not responding and the IP is the Local IP of the server at remote site.

this happen after the recent patches not long ago. like last month.
