Read threw some of the other port problem post nothing worked. I've made a server before on linux, worked great no problems. I can see it on my LAN network, starts up fine no errors.
Heres the ports I've tryed:
(default ports with router)

Usally if it works right, you can go to http://www.game-monitor.com/ an your server will pop up, but im getting nothing. Any ideas?
