problem with 3RR

hello friends, I am having a problem on my server regarding binds to cf, my formerly functioned normally bind to 3RR, but not now.

What's your problem? Any errors?

Also try qouting your say messages like: say ">> !! Live !! <<"

I think you might actually want to put the say in quotes like:
"say >> !! Live !! <<"

No qoutation needed infront of the command, but for the string however, thats sometime needed.
