Maybe if we just required the commercial posters to post a link to their controlling company within their posts. So it's the companies responsibility to find their proof of legal existence within their country.

I don't see many illegitimate companies that aren't American based anyway
I'm not sure how AU, or the UK handles their corporations and such.
