the atom is a x86 or even x86_64 cpu, so technically srcds/hlds will run on it. the cpu bight be too slow, but for some simple servers with low tickrate and low number of slots it might actually be ok. if someone wants do know more exactly I could run on on my atom-based home server (for this kind of servers they are actually quite fine - cheap, low power, quiet, ...)
